The North Gilham area of Eugene is located north of Beltline Road, between the Willamette River and Interstate 5. It has recently seen an increase in new home consturction, and has become a popular area for new families and families with children.

There are local shopping areas along Beltline Road at Delta Highway and Coburg Road, and easy access to the Valley River Center Mall and Gateway Mall in Springfiled. It's also close to the new Sacred Heart Medical Center in Sppringfield.
