Lori Spohn
I live with my husband Steve in the Santa Clara area of Eugene. We moved here to beautiful Oregon in 2001, to be with our children and grandchildren. We are both active in our church, River Oaks Community Church in Eugene, where I work with the two youth groups.
Before working in Real Estate, I worked in public education as the assistant to the Principal of a high school in Southern California, and then as Office Manager at the French Immersion school in Eugene.
I have always been interested in Real Estate, and the beauty of Oregon convinced me to finally obtain my license and jump right into the Real Estate Business. I have since obtained my ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), ASR (Accredited Seller's Representative), and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designations.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), The Oregon Association of Realtors (OAR), the Eugene Association of Realtors (EAR), Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS), and the Women's Council of Realtors.
I am a high energy people person with a passion for Real Estate, and enjoy working with people in all walks of life. I have a drive to be on top of every transaction, making sure things are done on time, and giving my clients my undivided attention! |

Steve Spohn, Technical Specialist
I handle all of the 'behind the scenes' technical stuff, like this website. I also maintain Lori's computer network, and design custom applications to make our work more efficient.
Before moving to Oregon, I spent most of my time working as a project engineer and manager in the aerospace field. Since moving here, I've become a technical consultant to Lori and several other Realtors in the area. I'm also a commercial photographer, including photographing homes for Circlepix Virtual Tours, which gives me a chance to see all of Southern Oregon.
Lori and I love Lane County, and especially Eugene. The people here are very friendly, and the quality of life just can't be beat. We've never regretted our decision to relocate to this area, and would encourage anyone who is looking for a quality place to live to seriously consider living here.
